Any installation in a data center with Information Technologies oriented towards cloud services, cloud federations, remote centers, etc. and communication needs a core element: a smart and efficient rack.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a flexible rational component able to perceive its environment and carry out actions that increase the odds for success in goals or tasks. If we integrate it as a part of the communication orchestrator, within a system of multiple and federated clouds, we could say that we are adding a series of disciplines and behaviours to such orchestrator to provide him with a certain decision-making and action power in communication management.
Considering that the number of Internet users will go from the present 2,900 millions to 4,000 millions in 2020; and the number of connected devices will go from 25,000 millions to 50,000 millions in 2020, according to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, the need of permanent connectivity and digitalization in the cities is already an essential requirement.
In this project, the main goal is adjusting the security levels in information transport. The risk in such transport is losing information and it involves a series of technical requirements companies must comply with in the next months, pursuant to the new European regulations. Basically and considering information processing technology, its nature, scope and context, as well as the odds and relevance of misuse or theft of these contents, they must implement appropriate technical and organizational measures.
